Equity Linked/ ECM Position \ Paris Office recruitment
The Role:
- Join the EURO-ECM team in Paris focused on originating and executing equity capital market deals
- Execution of live transactions- IPOs/ rights issues/ block trades/ equity hedging/ convertible bonds
- Role involves writing and overseeing pitch books, market valuation, producing regular market updates for investors and senior managers within the bank
- Liaise with syndicate desk and execution team in Paris/ Europe and Asia
- Frequent interaction with other teams across IBD and other divisions, locally as well as globally
- You will be expected to help on the origination/ business development of deals but also educate and train the more junior members of the team
The Candidate:
- My client has one headcount for an Associate and one headcount for an AD level hire in Paris
- Immediate hire, looking for an experienced Associate or AD keen to join a top three ECM/ equity linked desk in Paris
- High preference for some experience of convertible bonds or ECM experience with French clients
- Drive, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills are a must
- Must be fluent in English and French language
- Top salary and bonus on offer in a leading Capital Markets team in Paris
