Equity Operations Officer recruitment

Responsibilities are varied and managing relationships with internal and external parties will be central to the role. The role will include account opening, client database maintenance, daily reporting, position monitoring, bookings, settlement management and reconciliations. Key responsibilities are:

As a successful candidate, you will have a minimum 3 years experience working within equity operations and have a good knowledge of the end to end trading and settlements process. In addition, you will have very strong relationship building and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and take a proactive approach to problem solving and process improvements. A good understanding of IRESS is desirable.
