Equity Portfolio Analytics – Trade Implementation
The successful candidate will lead a small team which sits in the heart of the front office working directly with the portfolio managers and key stakeholders within the investment business.
The key responsibilities include:
• Liaising with the Portfolio Managers on fund queries and running weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
• Constructing models to analyse transactions costs and running monthly stock lending reports
• Providing reports or data analysis on any fund related queries to portfolio managers
• Implementing equity trades across various funds
• Cash management, monitoring cash flows and rebalancing cash in the portfolios
• Building reports within excel and integrating the database using VBA macros
The successful candidate will have:
• Strong academic background, ideally a mathematical or financial related degree
• Strong analytically, with working knowledge of Excel, VBA and ideally Thinkfolio, Factset
• Working towards the CFA qualification
• Confident, communicative individual capable of presenting to senior management
• Ability to lead and manage a team
