Equity Portfolio Manager, Multi-Strategy Firm recruitment
You will be responsible for formulating a team in order to manage your portfolio and deliver a significant PL contribution. You should inspire and motivate colleagues to maximise individual and corporate performance. You will lead and support business development strategies to ensure that performance plans and targets are achieved, identify and optimise new market opportunities, as well as lead by example to drive the business both domestically and internationally.
Visionary and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be a strongly performance focused team player and motivator, possessing an impressive track record of success; you should already by managing at least $100mn in your current role. You will have the intellect and ability to think strategically, and are typically heading a prop desk at a bank, a portfolio manager in a fund, or even an entrepreneur who has ideas about setting up a fund but has not managed to raise the capital.
