Our client is a leading International Investment Bank with an expanding presence in Asia and a first class global reputation. Due to internal mobility they are now looking for someone to join their Cash Equity Group projects team.
Supporting all of the Cash Equity, this is a critical projects function that provides the day to day business with a hands on dedicated support team for a range of areas including new products, system roll outs and process re-engineering, providing seamless integration while the business carries out their day to day work. This role requires you to build a range of relationships right across the business and will require you to employ a variety of different communication styles. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a team that is highly respected by a market leading Equities group, learning the business thoroughly and adding value in a tangible way, where you are able to see the results and benefits of the work that you do, and really make a difference.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience gained within an International Investment Bank
- Either strong Equities product exposure, from a trade support or client service background with solid understanding of the product life cycle and front to back processes and the associated risks
- Or a solid background in Operations/MO Project Management from another product line
- Naturally resourceful and able to demonstrate ability to problem solve and think laterally
- A proactive and adaptable personality with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
