The Mid Cap Bank sector within Equity Research is looking for a strong Senior Research Associate. The role involves building and maintaining models, as well as writing research notes and industry pieces. The team is looking for strong analytical candidates, with a passion for Equity Research. The role resides in our New York office.
Specific Requirements •
• Creation and maintenance of earnings, valuation and industry models leveraging skills in accounting, finance and economics
• Research and write reports with a company or sector specific focus
• Respond to requests for data, information and calls from internal and external clients
• Keep abreast of industry-related news flow
• Develop and maintain relationships with investor relations personnel and management of companies under coverage
• Regular interaction with equity sales force

• Must have the aptitude and interest in financial modeling
• Proven accounting skills; CPA is a plus

• MBA and or CFA
