Equity Research Analyst, Global Investment Firm – Consumer Cyclicals and Industrials recruitment
Our client is a leading investment firm, with $ multi billion of assets invested worldwide. They are now looking to add an equity research analyst to their team, to assist the Portfolio Manager with stock selection and investment decisions.
The role, based in London, will involve undertaking 'bottom up' analysis of stocks, visiting companies, writing pieces of investment research, making recommendations on buy and sell decisions, assisisting with portfolio management. The fund has a long only strategy and you will focus on Consumer, Industrials and Cyclical Goods.
Candidates will have a background as follows:
- equity research analysts from major asset management firms with experience in retail, consumer, industrials or other cyclical goods
- sell side equity research analysts with experience in retail, consumer, industrials or a similar sector
- potentially investment professionals from other industries, with relevant experience, who are looking to move into a blue chip 'long only' fund
