Our client is a leading investment bank, who are now looking to add an equity research associate to their team, to focus on coverage of companies in the European Industrials sector,.
Types of companies would include autos, engineering, capital goods, industrials.
The role will involve the writing of equity research on major FTSE and European companies; building and maintaining financial models; selling and marketing your investment ideas to clients; keeping up to date with newsflow and latest market developments.
They are looking to add someone who will have a background as follows:
- investment bankers looking to make a move into equity research
- chartered accountants with the big four firms/ ACAs probably who qualified in 2011/ 2012
- strategy consultants with major firms
- CFA qualified professionals
- excellent understanding of financial markets
- great academic background
