Equity Research Associate recruitment
The background and skills we look for in candidates include:
- BA or BS in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 2-3 years relevant industry experience preferred
- MBA, CPA and/or CFA certification as well as series 7, 63, 86, and 87 licenses are a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong understanding of securities analysis
- Strong financial modeling experience
- Strong written, organization, and time management skills are needed to be successful
- Team player, ability to work well and coordinate with others
- Enthusiastic, intelligent and proactive
- Detail oriented with ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of curiosity and motivation
The position focus on the following sector: Software. Familiarity with the preferred industry is a positive, but not required.
All positions are based in New York, New York.
