Equity Sales/Sales trading

The strengths of the hires are across all areas of this firm which creates a fortunate opportunity for anyone to leverage off those relationships and brand for some exciting upside. This brokerage firm covers corporate advisory, ECM capital raising and equity research with sector coverage across mining, energy, mining services and small caps.
Reporting to the Head of Institutional Equity Sales your role will be broad and primarily focused on revenue generation by being client facing. In general terms you will be driving the company’s capability across equity research, sales trading and dealing. You will be helping to develop and drive relationships already known to you and with institutional clients that are known to the business and will be provided with support from the team to succeed.
We are ideally looking at candidates that have between 4-10 years of experience focusing on small cap equities across dealing, sales trading or equity sales or a combination of those three. We would also consider candidates that are more senior to this role that may be able to come in at a more senior level. At this stage we are not considering overseas applicants as we’re targeting candidates with local relationships.
