Equity settlements client services officer recruitment
Main responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external counterparts including agent banks, brokers, sales trading desks, to follow up on any potential fails prior to settlement date.
- Liaise with oversees counterparties and provide feedback on unmatched items for resolution so as to avoid any failure or buy-in for Asia Pacific markets domestic transactions.
- Based on internal systems to perform prematching for Equities or Bonds transaction in various Asia Pacific markets.
- Issue instructions for exceptional items to our agent banks for Asia Pacific markets.
- Assist in following up various projects related to AP Global Markets Operations.
Job requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in operations / settlements in Asia Pacific markets.
- Product knowledge on equities in Asia Pacific markets a must, fixed income will be a plus.
- Not required to have HK markets experience, preferable experience in AUS and NZ markets.
- Excellent communications, fluency in English is a must.
