Equity Trade Project Manager / Business Analyst – Technology – Client facing – Hong Kong
My Client is a leading financial technology provider for investment banking and they are currently looking for a senior Equity Trade Project Manager / Business Analyst to liaise with their enterprise clients (CTOs / MDs etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Assist with analysis and fully understand customer requirements and the company’s products inside-out
- Closely manage the scope of work and delivery in line with the contract
- Understand the impact of work on customers' businesses, manage the dependencies between customers and the company so that a coherent delivery plan is ensured
- Work with the technical managers and teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Prioritise work in order to meet often aggressive timescales
Candidate's Profile:
- Ability to both speak and write first class English
- Results-oriented approach, with exceptional communication skills and ability to foster good working relationship internally and with clients
- Solid experience of managing and delivering technical projects
- Experience in a customer facing role and influencing customers at a senior level
- Experience in any leading financial technology vendors' front office trading systems is a plus
- Analytical background with the ability to take requirements from inception to delivery
- The capability to take ownership of delivery to customer, with a strong commercial focus and attention to details
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and deliver multiple tasks
- Experience in the equity or derivatives trading arena, in particular front-and-middle office operation, either in a business or technology role would be a distinct advantage
