Equity Trader – Hedge Fund – Boston recruitment
A hedge fund located in the heart of Boston's financial district is looking for a trader to add to their equities team. The right candidate will have a computational background with experience working with portfolio managers to optimize their trade execution. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to a wide product range; to include, US and non-US equities, currencies, commodities and treasuries. You will work within an extremely collaborative and collegiate team who value the debate to find the best solutions.
You should have a program trading background and experience with executing algorithmic and automated or quant trading strategies. Experience with a range of tools and platforms will also increase your chances in the interview process (bloomberg, factset, charles river). You should have 5 years of experience probably from an investment banking background.
