Our client’s hospital, completed in November 1993, has 100+ acute care beds and occupies 114,000 square feet and houses some of the 70+ physicians in our multi-specialty group. The hospital has 100 acute-care beds, serving medical, surgical, orthopaedic, pediatric, intensive care and obstetrical patients. A walk-in care service operates in conjunction with the emergency room. They are a not for profit hospital that offers comprehensive health care with more than 80 providers, a 24-hour emergency room, home care and hospice services, as well as multiple clinic locations in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois.
The Supervisor/Manager will be responsible for the functions of their Emergency Room. The responsibility includes all aspects of providing exceptional patient care, patient and staff satisfaction, financial planning and management, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Current Wisconsin Licensure or eligible for license in WI. Minimum of five years ER experience.
