Quality Technician Irvine, CA 1 Year Assisgnment Responsible for inspection and testing of assigned medical device components in accordance to QSR, company policy and approved procedures. Responsibilities: · Perform dimensional and visual inspection of assigned products per approved procedures / inspection plans. · Perform Electro-mechanical testing on capital equipment · Documents all inspection / test results and any non-conformances found during inspection, testing or evaluations according to the written procedure. Maintain knowledge of all procedures, change to specifications and new regulations related to areas of responsibilities. Review Supplier inspection / test results; provide feedback to engineers and suppliers Requirements: 0 - 2 years experience as a quality technician or QC inspector in a medical device company or a related industry Minimum High School education or equivalency Basic math skills Manual ability and visual coordination to use microscopes, calipers, micrometers, height gages and gage blocks PC Literacy and use of Microsoft office Be able to read and interpret engineering drawings
