Government We have the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. AECOM Government Services supports the U.S. federal government with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support.
Environmental Response and Cleanup Teams (ERCT) Proposal. To conduct operations at numerous bases and facilities throughout Afghanistan to support the operation and closure of U.S. bases and facilities.

Incident Commander: Required qualifications for the Incident Commander are OSHA 8-hour On-Scene
Incident Command Certification and 40 hour Hazardous Waste Operations and
Emergency Response (HAZWOPER). The Incident Commander shall have a minimum of 8
years of hazardous materials management/response to hazardous materials
incidents/corrective actions. The Incident Commander will have experience in
management and supervision of managing technical personnel. Preferred
certifications for the Incident Commander include Certified Hazardous Materials
Manager (CRMM), project or program management and supervisory experience, or
Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
