Are you a passionate and committed individual with a drive for world class development? We are looking for AGILE COACHES with deep knowledge and experience on lean/agile coaching to join our development community.
To be successful in this position you have:
- Knowledge of SW development
- Basic programming skills
- Knowledge of agile and lean software development
In order to fit our team, you are:
- Innovative, service minded and flexible attitude
- Good communication and networking skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
When experienced professional, we also appreciate if you have:
- Excellent track record on lean/agile coaching
- Experience on agile practices
- Extensive experience on TDD/A-TDD, CI, CD
- Experience on large scale agile deployment
- Contribution and participation in agile communities
- Strong ability to teach and share your knowledge
- Leadership skills
