Keller Technology Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of Special Machinery and Automation Systems located near Charlotte, NC, is currently seeking to fill the following position:
ERP Administrator / Business Analyst
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2-3 yrs of ERP Systems experience in a manufacturing setting
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Background in Information Technology and/or Manufacturing
· Experience with Epicor 9.05 or Vantage software desired but not required
· Analyze current business processes and provide solutions for improvement
· Work with users to elicit requirements for new functionality
· Serve as liaison between business departments to ensure software continuity
· Test new ERP software features and releases
· Develop database queries
· Crystal Reports development and maintenance
· Create and maintain instructions and documentation for end-user and administrator tasks
· Provide user training for all departments and areas of ERP system
· Basic software customization and VB programming
· Manage ERP user/group security
· Provide support for users experiencing problems and perform troubleshooting in effort to resolve
· Assist IT department in maintaining ERP server including but not limited to: software installation, service pack updates, troubleshooting, cleanup, scheduled tasks, and data backups
· Participate in conversion/migration initiatives
