ERP Business Analyst recruitment
Additional responsibilities include:
• Gathering requirements from users in Treasury and Accounting and communicating these two relevant development / configuration team members.
• Assisting Treasury and Accounting Team members to develop process improvements and creative solutions around the ERP implementation.
• Working with Operational personnel and development teams to develop interface requirements from Energy Trading Systems to ERP system.
• Will assist the Project manager with general oversight of the project.
• On an ongoing basis will assist in planning and implementation of ancillary projects associated with the new ERP system.
• Collaborate with appropriate project team members on all aspects of the project including project timeline, discrepancies, testing
• Maintaining a project reporting dashboard for management which contains project timelines and deliverables
• Testing and delivery, including demos and walkthroughs.
Experience
• Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of business analyst experience and prior significant recent experience with an ERP implementations and in particular with GL, Treasury, AR/AP Reporting Modules
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Operations Management
• Prior experience working with Back office areas such as Accounting Treasury
• Prior experience within the Energy Commodities industry is a plus
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Solid communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Solid Experience with at least one ERP system
• ERP Vendor Selection Experience is a plus
• Solid MS Office Suite skills, especially Excel, Project and Visio
• Fast learner, ability to work in an energetic and dynamic environment
• Some prior management of multiple small concurrent projects
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the scope of specific projects.
