that just started the roll-out of a new ERP system, we are currently searching for a

 

ERP Analyst Supply Chain Operations

 

Responsibilities Key areas of responsibility:

-       Define and maintain (process documentation, test scripts, work instructions, training guides, configuration, etc.) the supply chain operations (manufacturing, purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash) part of the Operating Core Model.

-       Counterpart for the supply chain operations business process owner(s) and local supply chain management departments regarding the functionality and usage of the system

·         Manage the supply chain operations part of the roll-outs to all sites in EMEA (Gap-Analysis, Conference Room pilots, Training, Data migration, testing and cut-over)

·         Maintain best practices with regard to the implementation and usage of the supply chain operations modules

 

 

Knowledge and experience:

 

·         The ERP analyst acts as a trusted advisor to the Business Process Owner and local functional management for Information and IT related subjects.

·         He/she is able to communicate in a clear and comprehensive way to management, colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders.

·         He/she pro-actively engages with his/her colleagues inside the organization.

 

The ERP Analyst Supply Chain should have:

·         At least 10 years of working experience with implementing and maintaining ERP systems, preferably in an (international) manufacturing environment

·         Extensive knowledge of, and experience with, manufacturing, purchasing and order-to-cash (order mgt, logistics, distribution) and how they are supported with ERP systems (QAD, Baan, Epicor, IFS, jdEdwards, Glovia, SAP, etc.)

·         Good understanding of best practices like APICS, Oliver Wight Class-A and SOP

·         Experienced with organizational change and managing resistance

·         Experienced with project management

·         Extensive travel within Europe is required.
