Position Purpose
The Executive Consultant applies advanced analysis skills and experience in principals of business process design to define appropriate customer solutions. He or she must have current and deep experience with implementation of mid market ERP products, such as Sage ERP, Epicor, Microsoft's Dynamics and/or other competitive ERP solutions. Understanding competitive solutions enables this position to properly assess feasibility of migrating customer solutions from existing solutions.

Position Responsibilities
The Executive Consultant must have proven experience managing projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing multi-phase, multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to facilitate and manage key decision making, lead projects or initiatives, drives issues to resolution and takes ownership in the end-to-end solutions. The role requires an individual who is resourceful, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both crisis management and expectation management.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Accounting/Business/MIS or equivalent work experience. Higher relevant education preferred. Position requires at least 10 years relevant working experience including expertise in business solutions deployment. Qualifications include hands-on experience in several of the following: Financial, Distribution, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project Costing, HR/Payroll, Enterprise Application Integration, Enterprise Application Architecture.
