ERP Program Director – Asia recruitment
Our client is a worldwide leader in their Industry and has built a recognised brand that is based on high customer service, a highly engaged workforce and great return on shareholder value.
After commencing a business transformation program three years ago, they have now reached a stage where the back office systems and processes need a dramatic change. This stage starts with the selection and implementation of an ERP Package. You will be responsible for the following:
- Completion of the business case development
- Lead the Development of RFP to select the Vendor and SI
- Manage the negotiation process
- Build and manage a capable team to deliver the business benefits and
- See the program to its completion!
You have managed a large scale program of this kind from beginning to completion in more than one Industry with budgets over $US60m. You also know how to manage heterogeneous sourcing environments where skills are provided from Vendors, SI, Contractors and employees along with off-shoring capabilities. Finally strong knowledge SAP and Oracle at different Program Lead roles would be highly regarded.
