ERP Project Manager / Accountant Financial Services
Our client a “Big 4” consultancy firm has an urgent need for an Enterprise Performance Manager. The ideal candidate would have experience of working in the Financial Services Sector as a Finance Professional or Consultant with experience in delivering performance management solutions and understanding the current landscape of Finance, Risk and Regulation. In addition you must have strong experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Strong finance background and experience
- Detailed knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and reporting
- Strong Financial and Performance Management background able to hold client relevant conversations with senior stakeholders
- Broad understanding of core Finance processes, organisational structure and technology solutions within Financial Services
- Insight into the Financial Services Industry, current trends challenges and competitive landscape
- Overview of ERP / GL Technologies (SAP, BOBJ, SAP PCM, IBM COGNOS, Hyperion)
What other qualifications or skills do I need?
· Excellent degree results or equivalent
· Professional Finance or Accounting Qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA) with 1st time passes desirable
· Strong problem-solving, statistical and analytical skills
· Senior level stakeholder engagement
· Experience of projects/change initiatives
· Excellent communication skills both in engagement delivery and relationship development
· Creative problem solver
· Negotiation, consultation and influencing skills
· Evidence of career progression and achievement to date
