For one of our customers, the near Apeldoorn based European head-office of an organization that just started the roll-out of a new ERP system, we are currently searching for a
ERP Support Consultant
Responsibilities
- Provide application level 2 support, delivering solutions for incident resolution and identifying business process improvement opportunities
- Manage application service and change requests
- Coordinate and maintain the configuration of live ERP modules in multiple areas.
- Ensures that the solutions leverage the standard configuration settings and that the technical designs are documented.
- Recommend options and process improvements or modifications
- Actively participate in testing to validate the implemented features
- Document functional requirements to support application service requests.
- Contribute to the development of user support and training modules and manuals.
- Train key users in support of upgrades, enhancements and refresher courses.

The ERP Support Consultant should have:
- Proven implementation / troubleshooting experience (minimum 5 years) with ERP-systems down to a component level in a manufacturing environment
- Strong functional background in either Finance Controlling or Supply Chain Operations as ERP end-user or ERP support analyst.
- Good understanding of IT Service Management processes, preferably ITIL.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage own workload
- Experience in an international environment
