Escalations Manager EMEA - Join a truly international team!

My client a leading global Software Solutions provider is recruiting for an experience escalations manager to join their expanding team in Berkshire.
This is an interesting and challenging role and responsibilities will involve to;

-Managing critical customer escalations across all the companies product lines
-Ensuring that customer support is sensitive to the needs of the business in terms of escalation management
-Driving the process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
-Soliciting feedback from customers to identify areas of improvement
-Meeting with customers to set proper expectations for the resolutions of incidents

To be successful for this role applicants would have;

A degree
-Strong experience in a similar role ideally within the software industry
-Implementation / Project Management experience
-Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
In addition due to the international nature of this role fluency in French or German would be highly beneficial for this role.

In return a permanent post is on offer a salary of up to 50k depending on experience and excellent benefits.
