Role Summary

Report to the Global Head of eSolutions SDMA Support, the job holder will support and monitor customer SDMA system (Sponsored Access), then ensure necessary control are in place on overall SDMA architecture and on each existing/on-boarding customer system platform, which is connecting to global market.

Responsibilities

•    Monitor SDMA system health status of exchange connectivity, risk module, and order filter
•    Examine order limit placed in low latency platform and compare against real-time audit system, then alert for abnormal customer system behavior
•    Ensure and manage necessary control is in place by multiple aspects such as Hardware, Software, Network, Data Center, Exchange system and etc.
•    Handle unexpected customer system emergency by:
•         • Assisting mass cancellation of the client working orders
•         • Shut down customer DMA system access toward exchange
•         • Escalate to other global Electronic Trading groups to resolve situation as needed
•    24/6 operational support as required; on-call rotation
•    Be the primary contact point for exchange for inquiry, request, and complain toward customer DMA system that we sponsor
•    Be the primary liaison with customers regarding technical solution for Sponsored Access
•    Ensure all SDMA system promoted to production satisfy the requirement by coordinating with customer on-boarding team and trading system engineers
•    Perform other duties or projects, as assigned

Requirements

Experience
•    3 – 4 years of supporting, deploying, or using Electronic Trading System experience
•    2 – 3 years of experience in communicating with customers
•    License for Futures and/or Securities trading such as Series 3 / Series 7 desired
•    2 – 3 years of UNIX and/or Network experience
•    Experience with risk control platform such as FTEN Risk Exposure suites is a plus  

Knowledge
•    Strong knowledge of global future and securities exchange trading
•    Strong knowledge of High Frequency / low latency system design and business
•    Solid knowledge of sell side business flow such as order flow, execution allocation, clearing
•    In depth understanding of risk control, order filtering, regulation, compliance, and audit

Technical Skills
•    Demonstrated experience on trading system
•    Working knowledge of hardware/software, network, UNIX, trading system IT
•    Basic understanding of FIX protocol, scripting, XML

Education
•    Degree in technology related or financial field, or comparable work experience
