Estates Officer Job in London, London Uk
NHS trust based in Central London is seeking an Estates Officer on a temporary basis with a view to going perm. You will have experience working within the NHS with specific knowledge of compliance and statutory regulations around steam, legionella, asbestos, air conditioning and contract supervision.
You will have a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with experience in plumbing, HVAC, security, flooring or overall multi-skilled. You will need to be comfortable in a client facing role with a diplomatic and progressive approach to your everyday tasks.
