Estates Surveyor South- Property Job in Essex, Southern UK
A market-leading high street retailer is looking for a Property/Estates surveyor for its portfolio of over 350 units in the South of England.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Rent Reviews
- Cost control
- Managing and appointing external advisors as needed
- Asset management projects
- Liaising with external advisors and solicitors
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in retail property and a full working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant property legislation. You will report into the Head of Real Estate and must be MRICS qualified with substantial post-qualification experience.
