Estates Team Leader Job in Lewes Bn71ue, Southern Uk
In this interim role you'll manage and provide the Estates function within the Estates and Corporate Asset Management team for this local authority. You'll report directly to the head of service and be responsible for all of the Estate Staff within the Estates and Corporate Asset Management section.
This is a general practice role; you will have operated at a similar level previously. You should match the following criteria:
• Knowledge of asset management planning techniques
• Extensive knowledge of estates management practices.
• Sound awareness of the role of property within a major public or private sector organisation
• Working knowledge of asset management planning
• Working knowledge of the development process including funding considerations
