This modular construction contractor is going from strength to strength. Due an ever growing portfolio of awarded contracts, and tenders to be submitted they are currently seeking an Estimating Manager to lead their busy project team.
You will be primarily responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in dealing with tender preparation and submission. whilst also supporting the business in post contract awards, pre claims, variations, verifying sub-contractor claims and estimating. You will have strong leadership skills and be able to set up systems and lead by example, experience in tendering on remote projects is essential.
You will have a proven track record in estimation, within a construction environment, with either a commercial, residential or modular background. Your high degree of motivation and desire to succeed is essential. This role could be an ideal opportunity to move from the residential or commercial sector..
