Description
Redline Pipeline is seeking an Estimator / Project Manager for it’s Monument, Colorado office. Redline is seeking an experienced professional who can handle a wide range of tasks, must be exceptionally well organized, and computer literate. This position requires a highly self motivated individual who is able to work under minimal supervision, and someone who can multi-task. Must have experience in underground utilities.
Job Requirements
Experience in business development and estimating the following types of projects:
· Underground Utilities
· Commercial Development
· Residential Development
· Dams and Reservoirs
· Penstocks
Technical Experience:
· Computers
· Internet and email
· HCSS Heavybid
· Microsoft Excel
· Microsoft Word
· Microsoft Project
Preferred Qualifications:
· 4 year Engineering or Construction Management degree or equivalent technical training or related experience.
Job Responsibilities
Perform quantity take-off, analyze plans, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare bid estimates to projects. Position will include all aspects of bidding from procuring new projects to bid, project site investigation, material and subcontractor solicitation, estimating labor and equipment costs, creating bid proposals.
Compensation
Salary is negotiable depending on experience. We offer medical and dental insurance after 3 months of employment, in addition to vacation, holiday pay and a 401k plan.
