Job Description:
Estimator with a technical background and experience in Metal Fabrication Precision Machining to join a diversified, industry leading
We are currently looking for an exceptional Estimator with a strong background in both heavy metal fabrication and precision machinery to join our industry leading full service manufacturing corporation. You will be working on high end projects in a variety of areas, including, but not limited to, marine, industrial, commercial and government.

What you need for this position:
- 5+ years construction/estimating experience
- Experience with metal fabrication and precision machining is a MUST
- Experience in working on Government contracts is a PLUS
- Skilled in reading, analyzing and interpreting architectural design and engineering designs, drawings, and specifications
- Detail oriented and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Project)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, or related fields.
What you'll be doing:
- Estimating cost and materials for projects in marine repairs and alterations, inside precision machining, structural and sheet metal fabrications, HVAC (including fabrication / installation of vent ducting) and Air Conditioning Refrigeration repairs, retrofits and installations for industrial and military/government clients
- Communicating across all business units to ensure customer design and specifications are full met and outlined in estimation
- Provide full life cycle management of bidding process on all projects
