Estimator/Surveyor - Roofing Contracting
Location: Manchester
Salary: £40k-£45k + bonus car
THE COMPANY:
* Mackenzie Stuart is presently working with a leading roofing contractor in the UK.
* They provide roofing solutions to the industrial, commercial and residential sectors.
* Operating nationally, they are looking to expand sales through bringing in a commercially astute individual to cover the North West.
* Company provides Asphalt, Bituminous Membrane, Single Ply, Hot Melt and sheeting cladding solutions to the Main Contractors
THE ROLE:
* As Estimator/Surveyor you will be required to be a work winner nationally with a background in roofing quantity surveying.
* Responsibilities include looking after accounts and valuations for upcoming projects.
* If the appointment is deemed successful there will be rapid career progression for the successful candidate.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
* Presently in a commercial role within a roofing contractor based in the North West.
* Experience dealing with Valuations of projects and bringing in work.
* Quantity surveying background.
* 5+ years in the roofing contracting industry.
* Commercially astute.
