A highly successful and well-known Investment Bank is looking to hire professionals with the relevant experience to manage the global Listed Derivatives operations hub. He / She will ensure that all control measures are well maintained and followed. This person has to be drive the strategic program to automate and centralise outlying processing into Singapore unit.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- At lease 7 to 10 years of working experience
- Listed Derivatives product knowledge is REQUIRED
- Knowledge of Operational Risk metrics preferred
- Strong understanding of operations process work flow
- Proven track record of senior stake holder and people management
- Ability to define and implement process improvement through automation
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Demonstrate problem solving skills
- High level of attention to details
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
