ETD Reconciliations Utility Manager – Operations recruitment
Key deliverables will be:
• Manage risk in partnership with Stakeholders
• Internal Stakeholder Relationship Management
• Standardise the ETD Reconciliation Process in line with the JRU Service Offering for Mature Processes
• Intraday management of Offshore team
• Change and Process Improvement
Requirements The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a proven background Operations run-the-bank management and robust change experience. They should also be able to operate effectively irrespective of physical or functional boundaries, hold a strong analytical skill set and have the ability to network and influence at a senior level.
Specific Requirements:
• Hold proven Operations processing experience
• Have an in depth knowledge of Reconciliations
• Participate in conference calls with vendors, Utility Managers and other UBS internal clients where appropriate to expedite issue resolution, build relationships and facilitate process improvements
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Understand Operational Risk
