ETD Single Product Client Relationship Manager recruitment
The Client Relationship Management Team is part of the Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) group within Prime Client Services in Operations. The team’s function is to manage all client queries and ensure a high client satisfaction. The larger ETD Group acts as both clearing Broker and Executing Agent for Investment Banking clients, primarily Banks, Institutional Clients, Family Offices, Hedge Funds and Asset Managers, across Futures Options exchanges worldwide. The Client Relationship Management Team plays a critical role in providing a high level of service to clients (internal and external) by handling complex client queries and working out with the client solutions to improve the business processes. The Client Relationship Manager is the main contact of the client for all Operational, Risk, Legal and some Business related issues.
This role is within a team of who are focussed on delivering an excellent service to all ETD Clients. Interaction is with external clients and internal stakeholders such as the Account Management Team and Cash Collateral Management Team within Prime Client Services, Business Management, Trading, Marketing Sales, Legal, Client Technology Analysts, etc.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Managing of high complex clients (banks, institutional clients, family offices, hedge funds asset managers, who executes and clears options futures with UBS Investment Bank.
- Setup client visits to identify client needs and strength the relationship.
- Educate clients on the UBS ETD front end application SwisKey Clearing
- Co-ordinate client on boarding for new clients
- Setup new client accounts in line with client needs, regulatory reporting UBS standards
- Create client profiles and ensure that the client setups are correct by periodical checks
- Advise clients about our clearing offering and identify their needs (connections, reporting, etc)
- Monitor all client related tasks (assignment/exercises, exchange notifications, breaks, margin calls) and ensure that the processes are highly efficient.
- Support clients in handling the ETD Business in an efficient way
- Enlarge the relationship within the ETD Industry and increase the ETD Product knowledge
- Inform client about regulatory and market changes
- Increase the client awareness within ETD Operations
- Manage all bespoke services which has been agreed with the client
- Support the front office with client related information (stats, client news, etc)
- Prepare client analysis (breaks and queries, revenues, traded volumes, etc)
- Contribution to Process Improvement Initiatives
Requirements
- Commercial education in Banking with good knowledge of derivatives or a higher degree in BA (Bachelor)
- Previous experience in futures and options is essential
- Good understanding of investment banking products
- Open minded person with strong communications, presentations and analytical skills
- “Can do” approach
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently on multiple tasks at once
- Team player and works well under tight deadlines
- Interested in working in a multi-cultural environment
