Key Responsibilities:
Support UK business development to UK private wealth and IFA market
Main role is to provide and oversee a wide variety of business support activities to the UK ETF team and to thus directly help to continue to grow the business. The candidate will work closely with the Head of UK Wholesale Distribution to ensure that efficient and effective coverage and service is provided to our chosen markets.
This is a diverse role that will range from developing specific solutions for clients, to attending and providing support at presentations, marketing events and seminars around the UK as required.
Identifying key contacts and the maintenance of their service and support needs.
Mapping and analysing target account activity and production.
Collaborate with the wider DBX team ( marketing, etc ) to contribute to the success of the overall team
You will have:
A sound appreciation of the Financial Services Industry and the IFA market
Good knowledge/ previous work experience in ETF/ ETC or mutual funds sector an advantage, although full training will be provided
Strong academic background to undergraduate level in a finance related subject
Be highly motivated, enthusiastic, creative self sufficient, with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Diligent, efficient and able to manage multiple conflicting deliverables including working under pressure
Possess superior communication skills (written and verbal) with strict attention to detail
You will be:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Highly interested in Financial markets and investment products
