Ethanol Trader & Fuel Trader, Geneva
My client, a global commodities group, is seeking an experienced physical ethanol trader to join their trading team in Geneva. A successful candidate would ideally have a minimum of 5 years direct trading experience in fuel ethanol, with exposure across Europe and-or US markets.
This would suit an individual with a hands-on approach, and experience interacting directly with suppliers and buyers. The position will be primarily focused on physical ethanol trading, with some financial-paper overlay.
Responsibilities of Physical Fuel Ethanol Trader, Geneva (Fuel, Energy, Ethanol, Physical, Trading, Switzerland, Geneva) role:
• Trading physical ethanol in order to maximize commercial revenue
• Developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients and suppliers across European and Northern American Markets
• Providing support to business development teams and working closely with senior management
Skills - Attributes required for Physical Fuel Ethanol Trader, Geneva (Fuel, Energy, Ethanol, Physical, Trading, Switzerland, Geneva) role:
• At least four to five years trading experience in physical fuel ethanol
• Able to demonstrate consistent returns
• Clients and contacts which could be utilized preferable
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on approach
• Willing to be based in Geneva
