Services are specialized to help clients mitigate risks across an overall risk spectrum. We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join us in our McLean office.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Data Warehouse Architect to help ensure the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) Architecture is appropriate to translate to the Data Warehouse
- Identify the appropriate data sources with the assistance of the business analyst
- Perform the activities necessary to support the standardization of facts and dimensions and prepare prototype models to support the development efforts
- Set or enforce ETL standards and architecture for the project and help ensure that the ETL requirements are adequately understood and documented
- Design and develop the ETL application based on the documented requirements and assist in the development of the ETL application and lead the Data Acquisition development team
- Perform question and answer (QA) functions for the ETL application, including helping to ensure ensuring that system and integration test plans are developed and executed

Qualifications
- Three years of IT work experience; three years of ETL Experience designing and developing SSIS packages, stored procedures, views, and triggers in T-SQL
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Strong experience in using ETL software, data cleansing, and data quality tools
- Understanding concepts of data warehouse (DWH) relational and multi-dimensional data modeling, and data normalization such as creating Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and maintaining meta-data and data dictionary
- Experience developing automated processes to transfer, convert, and standardize data on regular schedule
- Experience in query tuning, index creation, database optimization, and troubleshooting including performance monitor utility and SQL Profiler
