ETL / Data/Solution Architect - URGENT REQUIREMENT

oDefine architect the data extraction load phase of the existing analytics solution. Automate the process as far as possible in a practical manner, to minimise human involvement over the week-end working hours.
Ensure a design embedded with all appropriate data validation steps to ensure end result integrity, as well as debugging capability and rapid re-run capability in event of extract failure
oProvide technical leadership, mentoring and coaching to the technical teams in London and abroad,Europe.
o A hand`s on technical person. Someone who has a passion for technology, a very inquisitive mind and a burning desire to deliver business change and benefits.
o Ideally from a technical development background.

oDesirable hands on rapid Prototyping.
oExperience of business Intelligence.
oETL processes.
oExperience/awareness of a variety of methodologies
oDatabase Design.
oAbility to manage teams.
oCompetent in capturing business requirements and defining great solutions.
oAble to understand complex algorithms / mathematical calculations.
oDynamic approach to Technological and Functional development
oExperience of a `product` development environment, ideally SaaS.
oExperience of performance fix / solutions.
oData modelling and optimisation.
oExperience and understanding of a broad range of technologies so that the best may be selected to meet the challenges presented during the product development
ooLikely to have worked for a fast growing organisation that required significant communication across the company.
Experience in Retail or eCommerce is ideal for this position, but I am willing to talk to you if you have not.
