Join a professional team and an organization full of opportunities! Real Estate Digital in Aliso Viejo, CA is seeking an experienced ETL Engineer/ Developer to join a small team and fulfill the following duties:

 

·         Translate, Normalize And Map Raw Real Estate Listing Data Into The Data Aggregation Database Using Pervasive Map Designer (A.K.A. Data Junction)

·         Write And Maintain Internal Command Line Scripts, Which Move The Data Through The File System

·         Write Scripts To Automatically Manipulate The Data Into Its Final Format And Location

·         Perform Quality Reviews And Improvements On Existing Feeds

·         Perform Maintenance On Data Issues Caused By Schema Changes

·         Review And Resolve Customer Complaints Relating To Listing Data/Photos

Requirements:

·         Experience Working With XSLT

·         Experience Working With SQL Databases

·         Programming Languages: VB Script, XML, Command Line DOS

·         Real Estate / Multiple Listing Service Knowledge

·         Minimum 2 Years Of Programming Experience

·         The Ability To Make Decisions Prioritize Tasks To Meet Required Deadlines

·         Good Communication Skills Both Verbal And Written

·         Able To Work With Minimum Supervision

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

·         Degree In Computer Science Or Equivalent

·         Experience Mapping Real Estate Data

·         Experience With RETS

·         Experience Interfacing With Customers And Vendors

·         Experience Using Pervasive/ Data Junction Or An Equivalent Mapping Tool

·         An In Depth Knowledge Of Both Hardware And Software
