ETRM Support Analyst
The Support Analyst will work with our client's Delivery Manager to troubleshoot and isolate issues with the Endur ETRM system and provide solutions.
Core skills: Endur experience (3 years minimum), proven support experience in traditional environments, Oracle SQL Skills
The successful candidate will be sitting by traders in a high-pressure and highly rewarding environment.
Nice to have: ITIL Foundation/Intermediate certificate
