SUMMARY OF ROLE
The Acquirer Relations Associate will serve as the TNS primary point of contact for all EU payments acquirers that TNS requires access for the TNS Card Holder Present and Card Holder Not Present payments products. This position will serve as the escalation point for requirements gathering of new Processor message and communication interfaces as well as coordination of activities requiring resources from the processor including certification activities. Ongoing review of Acquirer specifications will also be performed to determine impact to TNS interfaces and message conversion functions due to mandates from the Card associations and processors.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Support TNSPay Product Integrated Use with EU Acquirers
• Primary TNS Contact for EU Acquirer processors and networks.
• Serve as TNS escalation point to Acquirer for TNSPay related issues
• Develop maintain working relationship with Acquirers
• Determine appropriate transaction and feature set to be supported by Acquirer based on Product need and Acquirer feature offering
• Determine appropriate connectivity method for Acquirer based on Product need
• Evaluate impact of Card Association and processor mandates on current Acquirer interfaces
• Scheduling of Processor related activity (for example Certifications)
• Ensure that Product requirements are addressed and certified for impacted Acquirers
• Maintain documentation on function and support provided by each Acquirer
• Interface with Technical and Business groups on upcoming changes and initiatives
• Develop Roadmaps for acquirer capabilities

REQUIREMENTS
- Working knowledge of EFT processing and associated settlement processes. Demonstrate the ability to learn or have possession of a working knowledge of POS on-line transaction processing including message formatting and routing, Various Processor Interface specifications including ISO 8583, UK Payments Standards XML. Demonstrate an understanding of EFT transaction flows, on-line and off-line production support, settlement and reporting support. 4+ years experience
- Bachelors degree desired
- Data communication experience (TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, dial)
- Strong Relationship skills
- Ability to negotiate effective solutions
- Work independently/Self Starter
- Strong interpersonal communications skills along with excellent verbal and written communications capabilities
- Ability to work across many cross-functional groups
- Proficiency in MSOffice software suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines accordingly
- Occasional travel
