Roles and Responsibilities for this role are:
- Manage the integration testing requests pipeline for the team
- Work with the stakeholders to prioritise work and drive milestones
- Develop and confirm business case with measurable benefits and costs (and related ROI)
- Manage work plan development, requirements collection, client and IT expectations, issues, risks and scope changes throughout all phases of the project
- Manage and track all project expenses to budget
- Manage, track, and resolve issues that may arise during the course of the project implementation lifecycle (from analysis through prod implementation)
- Track and communicate project status to team and management
- Collaborate with IT on test plan development, design test cases and manage UAT process
- Coordinate user training manage any hand-offs to formal training organization

Skills Required:
- Proven experience in process improvement, business analysis and project management
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work within tight delivery timeframes
- Fluency with all MS Office tools, including Visio
- Project and System Development Lifecycle knowledge
- Understanding of Cash Equity processing within a financial institutional
- Familiarity with Equity-related products

Skills Desired:
- Consulting experience within financial services
- Background in software delivery, reference data, trade confirms or settlements would be an advantage
- Experience with business case creation, including cost/benefit and ROI
- Formally managed project financials: plan vs actual vs forecast
