European Accountant
Our prestigious client, based in the Bracknell area is currently recruiting a fantastic European Accountant job, with an emphasis on the successful candidate being a German speaker at a business standard.
This newly created role sits within an established finance team and the main focus of the role is to contribute to the production of the monthly management accounts, sales analysis pack, customer profitability reports and all fiscal reporting requirements of the Groups European legal entities.
As an active CIMA or ACCA studier with a minimum of two years experience within a management accounts role, you will continue to develop within the role and grow within the business whilst undertaking the duties detailed below:
* Production of the Monthly Management Accounts
* Associated overhead accruals and prepayments
* Salary type accruals, including holiday pay
* Credit control management and responsible for calculation of bad debt provision
* Monthly nominal ledger reconciliations
* Monthly customer commission accruals
* Inter company accounting including recharges and reconciliation’s
* Management of the payment and booking of employee expenses
* Budget and forecasting co-ordination
* Thirteen week cashflow modelling
* VAT / Intrastat returns
* Statutory Accounts for the European Companies
* Taxation returns for Europe
