Our client, a highly dynamic SP500 company present in 15 European countries, is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager for one of its ICT Business Units.
In his role, you will be responsible for driving/starting/pushing initiatives hand in hand with business aiming at increasing the Return of Capital Employed.
Job Description
Main responsibilities:
o Drive increased profitability within businesses through implementation of rental solutions (vs. out of box selling)
o Managing both long term and short term price / brand positioning and strategies i.e products, customer contracts, spot pricing (eg. rental vs. Purchase) Service, maintenance, consumables pricing initiatives
o Managing overall customer profitability on a variable cost to serve basis to quot;Commercial OMquot; e,g customer contract negotiations, positioning products,
o Identifying longer term growth opportunities and the investment required to achieve them i.e Double Vision.
o Development of automated platforms (B.I) and processes to create visibility
o Development and coaching of people regionally to leverage all of the above
Job Requirements
o Degree in Finance with strong analytical skills (CPA or MBA a plus but not necessary)
o 5-10 years of finance experience in a progressive environment.
o Proven leadership skills, ability to drive change
o Excellent communicator, self confident and influencing skills
o A high-level ability to successfully build and maintain key relationships, combined with good communication, analytical and problem solving skills are essential for the position.

o Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication
o Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work across all functions and generate solutions/recommendations to issues before topic is presented to management
o Ability to effectively prioritize and manage projects to deadlines
o Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, proficiency in Access is a plus
