European Compensation and Benefits Manager

The European Compensation Benefits Manager is responsible for implementing and improving the compensation and benefits programs in Europe. The CB Manager supports the HR department in order to solve business problems.

Some responsibilities

*Design, evaluate and modify compensation and benefits policies according to the global guidelines 
*Keep on track with trends in compensation and benefits markets
*Provide supoprt in union negotiations on compensation and benefits matters.
*Supervise the collection and organization of data for actuarial studies, as needed.
*Administer, direct, and review employee compensation and benefit programs,
*Prepare job descriptions and 
*Support preparation of budgets.
