Our client is the leader in their field, currently operating in 11 countries across Europe and employing over 600 people in 17 offices. Their European Head Office is based in Crewe and due to internal promotions, and continued growth, they are seeking a high calibre Credit Supervisor to motivate and lead a team.
You will have proven experience within business to business credit management and be confident managing people and making decisions. You will support, train and mentor your own team and also provide solutions for problem accounts and liaise with senior management. You will have an impressive background in Credit Management and ideally be ICM qualified or working towards this. Those with additional language skills are of particular interest, to include German/Spanish/Swedish.
The team is responsible for all aspects of credit management from vetting and processing new accounts, through to account management, monitoring spend and chasing overdue debts. You will have proven experience across all three of these areas and be confident dealing with both high volume and high value accounts.
