European Customer Services Advisor (Spanish / Italian / German / French)

Over the past 6 years we have experienced phenomenal growth and success, and this is set to continue. Due to ongoing increases in demand and a huge expansion into the European market place, we urgently require Customer Services Advisors with fluency in a European language (Spanish, Italian, French or German) to deal with a wide range of sports fitness customer enquiries.

Working as part of a busy customer service team, you will be required to deal with all customer enquiries from tracking a delivery to providing detailed nutritional and training advice. You’ll enjoy a highly challenging role and be involved in a wide variety of tasks from tracking a delivery to providing product advice with the opportunity to progress as the business grows – don’t worry we will provide you with all the training you need.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience...

·        Experience in working within Customer Service Department

·        Knowledge of sports nutrition and fitness is a distinct advantage

·        Fluency in English one other European Language specified – both written and over the telephone

·        Additional language skills in a third language would be highly advantageous.

·        Strong administration and organisational skills

·        Good listening and problem solving skills

·        Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
