This is a key role within the firm's institutional business and will require the successful candidate to act as subject matter expert and first point of contact for front line relationship managers and product managers. As such, in-depth knowledge of European fund structures (Luxembourg and/or Dublin UCITS), fund documentation and related areas e.g. taxation will be essential. Previous experience will include previously supporting a sales/relationship team within an institutional or wholesale funds environment and applicants must demonstrate superior communication skills, together with a strong client focus.
The role will involve the investigation of fund related queries, developing and preparing marketing and other client-related materials, coordinating the onboarding of new accounts and undertaking ad hoc research and analysis where required. Project management skills are essential as the successful candidate will be expected to lead and /or contribute to a wide range of funds related projects. Previous experience of working in a complex multinational organisation will be useful as the role involves regular liaison with offices across the globe.
